Our house is a primarily single-storey family home where life is good, ideal for 2 families (4 adults and 6 children).
Recent Provencal villa classified 3*, it is located in Saint-Siffret, one of the most beautiful and sought-after villages in Uzège, in a quiet but not isolated area.
Close to Uzès (4km), with its medieval historic centre and famous Provencal markets. Only 300m away from all amenities: a grocery store with everything necessary, with a post office point, doctor, and nurse. 1km from the village centre (quality restaurant, hairdresser, artisans, artists, market gardener, winemaker…).
Pleasant to live in and functional, carefully decorated, the house has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms:
• 2 master bedrooms on the ground floor with Quenn size beds, one of wich overlooks a dressing room,
• 2 bedrooms upstairs: one with 2 single beds that can be combined into a large Kingsize bed and one with 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds.
A mezzanine overlooking the cathedral living room, perfect for resting or reading in peace, has two additional single beds.
All beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillow protectors, duvets and pillows (2 per person). They are treated for bed bugs and dust mites between each guest. All sheets and towels are laundered at a dry cleaner's. Beds are made upon arrival.
Large living room with cathedral ceiling (white leather sofas and armchairs, TV, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, smartphone charging station) extending into the dining room. You will find several complete sets of plates and cutlery, tablecloths, and napkins, various types of glasses (aperitif, flutes, cocktails, beers, water, wine, etc.) to set beautiful tables.
Large independent equipped kitchen and adjoining pantry directly open onto the terrace and summer dining room.
Equipment: 5-burner stove, extra-large oven, hood, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, electric coffee maker, multifunction robot, blender, rice cooker, air fryer, classic fryer, pots, pans, mixer, blender, cookbooks, etc.
Pantry equipped with storage, an ice machine, a small freezer, and a second fridge.
Small living room has a desk, a printer, and a library with many board games and DVDs for all ages (cards, tarot, chess, scrabble, etc.) and a collection of the cultural and tourist activities in the region.
Bathroom with double sink, large bathtub, and walk-in shower.
Shower room with shower, sink, and toilet.
Separate toilet.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Baby equipment available: changing mat, travel cot with comfort mattress, high chair.
You will fully enjoy outdoor living:
The terrace, shaded by a large oak tree, offers a beautiful view of the garden and the pool.
The summer dining room as well. Sheltered, it has a large table, a small sink, and storage.
Large gas barbecue and large independent electric griddle
Enclosed garden of 2500m2, with hammock and swing, partly shaded by white oaks and olive trees where your children can play and frolic (balls, badminton net and rackets, Swedish skittles available). Private petanque court with metal and plastic balls available.
Independent alarmed room for storing bicycles and mountain bikes.
The pool area, open from mid-June to late September, has a pool house with toilets, shower, and shelter with a table and 4 chairs.
The pool, compliant with current standards, measures 4.5x11m (depth from 1m to 2.30m) and is saltwater.
Weekly maintenance by a very discreet pool cleaner.
Sun loungers, parasols, floats, armbands, and pool games available
